Val and Paul are involved in a very exciting project, separate from The Heart Centre. This however means that no courses for the foreseeable future will be taking place. We apologise for any inconvenience. We are still conducting face to face and telephone sessions however.

Val and Paul are professionls in EFT

Like many before them, Val and Paul Lynch began their professional careers in the ‘helping professions’ in an effort to address their own unresolved issues. They believe that healing starts at home – with you. They undertook a year’s holistic counselling course with White Hawk College from 1996/7 covering a wide range of alternative therapies. Val took the healing route and became a Reiki Master. Paul attended a 7 day intensive Neuro Linguistic Programming Course with founder Richard Bandler in 1998 and became an associate member of NLP. They are both EFT Therapist's and seasoned EFT trainers’ since 2000.

 Paul is one of only 29 EFT practitioners worldwide to be awarded ‘Master’ status and is an international speaker on the subject
